SCHEDULE
WHEREAS the
Minister of Planning and the Environment has caused a draft devel opment plan
entitled "The Bermuda Development
Plan 1992" to be pre pared
consisting of the Bermuda Plan 1992 Planning Statement and the Bermuda Plan
1992 Maps, and which
revokes the Bermuda Development Plan 1983 and the West End
Local Plan 1988 Zoning Map, and replaces them with other provisions for
the
control of development and for the use of land in Bermuda.

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the
Bermuda Plan No tice 1992.

1992 operative date
2 The Bermuda Plan 1992, in the form in
which it is to be laid before the House of Assembly on the 3 July 1992, is
HEREBY DECLARED
to be operative within the provisions of section 10 of the
Development and Planning Act 1974 [title
20 item 1]. from the date this Notice shall take effect [3 July 1992].
Inspection of the
Plan
3 The Minister FURTHER GIVES NOTICE that
a copy of the draft Bermuda Plan 1992 may be inspected free of charge by all
persons interested,
at the offices of the Director of Planning, Government
Administration Building, Parliament Street, in the City of Hamilton, and
at
Parish Post Offices during office hours.
Objections and
representations
4 Any objection or representation with
reference to the draft Bermuda Plan 1992, may be sent in writing to the
Permanent Secretary,
Ministry of the Environment, Government Administration
Building, Parliament Street, in the City of Hamilton, and should comply in
form
with the requirements of the Development and Planning (Tribunal Procedure)
Rules 1992 [title 20 item 1(c)] ,stating
the grounds on which such objection or representation is made, and which should
reach the Ministry no later than 11 September
1992
