BERMUDA HOUSING ACT (DECLARATION OF
GENERAL IM PROVEMENT AREA) (GLEBE LAND,
PEMBROKE PARISH G.I.A. IB) ORDER 1980

[made under section 29(1) of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1] and brought into operation on 22 November 1980]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing Act (Declaration of General Improvement Area) (Glebe Land, Pembroke Parish G.I.A. 1B) Order 1980.

Declaration of general improvement area

2 The area of land defined on the map numbered 1B deposited at the offices of the Department of Planning, and thereon outlined in red, bounded on the North by Parsons Road and the Glebe Land boundaries South of Parsons Road elsewhere is declared to be a General Improve ment Area for the purposes of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980.
