BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

BERMUDA HOUSING CORPORATION (VESTING OF
LAND) OR DER 1979

[made under section 19 of the Bermuda Housing Corporation Act 1973 [repealed] and brought into operation on 9 November 1979]

All the right, title and interest of the Crown in the land hereinafter de scribed below shall vest in the Bermuda Housing Corporation absolutely, unconditionally and without any reservations:—

"All those three areas of land described in the First Schedule of the Pem broke Glebe (Sale of Lands) Act 1975 but excluding firstly those lots or parcels of land conveyed by the Minister of Works and Agriculture under section 13 (1) of the aforementioned Act before the coming into operation of this Order and being the lots numbered 2, 3, 8, 11, 12, 17, 20, 20A, 21, 22, 25, 26, 30, 38 and 43 and more particularly delineated and coloured pink on Public Works Department drawing number 3/11/164; the lots numbered 68, 69 and 70 and more particularly delineated and coloured pink on Public Works Department drawing number 3/11/163; and the lots numbered 82, 83, 87, 88, 89, 93, 102, 103, 105, 107A, 107B and 107C and more particularly delineated and coloured pink on Public Works Department drawing number 3/15/295; secondly those lots or parcels of land coloured yellow on the said drawings numbers 3/11/164 and 3/11/163 and thereon numbered 1, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 64, 65, 66 and 67 and the private accessway abutting those lots numbered 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61; and thirdly the public roads known as Glebe Road, St. Monica's Road, Palmetto Road, St. Augustine's Road and Curving Avenue.".
