BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

BERMUDA HOUSING (VESTING OF LAND) (No. 2) ORDER 1984

[made under section 11 of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1 and brought into operation on 13 July 1984]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing (Vesting of Land) (No. 2) Order 1984.

Vesting of twenty parcels of land

2 The twenty parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto and listed by the Parish in which the land is situated, being lands the prop erty of the Crown, are hereby vested absolutely in the Bermuda Housing Corporation.

Inspection of site plans

3 Copies of the site plans referred to in the Schedule as Extracts from Ordnance Sheets may be inspected at the office of the Bermuda Housing Corporation.


SCHEDULE

Devonshire Parish

Site No. 1: 3.37 Hectares (more or less) situate along Palmetto Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 3/11;

Site No. 2: 2.05 Hectares (more or less) situate along the Hermitage Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 3/12;

Site No. 3: 0.23 Hectare (more or less) situate in the vicinity of St. Brendan's Hospital and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 3/12;

Pembroke Parish

Site No. 4: 0.29 Hectare (more or less) situate along Happy Valley Road in the vicinity of Fort Hamilton and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 3/15;

Site No. 5: 0.75 Hectare (more or less) situate along Marsh Folly Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 3/11;

Site No. 6: 0.23 Hectare (more or less) situate at No. 44 Pembroke Marsh in the vicinity of Victor Scott School and having the shape, di mensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ord nance Sheet No. 3/11;

Smiths Parish

Site No. 7: 1.13 Hectares (more or less) known as "Winterhaven" situ ate along South Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 6/14:

St. George Parish

Site No. 8: 0.23 Hectare known as Pilot Warden's House, situate lying and being in St. David's and having the shape, dimensions and bound aries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/12;

Site No. 9: 2.14 Hectares (more or less) situate in the Red Hole Bay area of St. David's Head and having the shape, dimensions and bound aries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/12;


Site No. 10: 1.03 Hectares (more or less) situate in the Fort George Hill area of St. George and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/6;

Site No. 11: 0.093 Hectare (more or less) situate at Cut Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No 5/7;

Site No. 12: 4.22 Hectares (more or less) situate in the Town of St. George in the vicinity of Cable and Wireless Station and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as out lined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/7;

Site No. 13: 1.06 Hectares (more or less) situate in the Town of St. George along the public road known as Slippery Hill and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/7;

Site No. 14: 2.87 Hectares (more or less) situate in the Town of St. George and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheets Nos. 5/7 and 5/3;

Site No. 15: 0.25 Hectare (more or less) situate along the public road known as Victoria Road in the vicinity of Fort Victoria and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on Ordnance Sheet No.5/3;

Site No. 16: 0.42 Hectare (more or less) situate along the public road known as Old Military Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/3;

Site No. 17: 0.73 Hectare (more or less) situate on St. George's Island and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/2;

Site No. 18: 0.47 Hectare (more or less) situate at Cut Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 5/7;

Site No. 19: 3.59 Hectares (more or less) situate along the public road known as South Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheet No. 4/9;

Warwick Parish

Site No. 20: 0.42 Hectare (more or less) situate at the corner of Longford Road and St. Mary's Road and having the shape, dimensions and boundaries as outlined in red on the Extract from Ordnance Sheets Nos. 4/5 and 4/6.
