CIVIL AIRPORTS LANDING FEES REGULATIONS 1996

[made under section 6(2)(k) of the Civil Airports Act 1949 [title 23 item 1] and brought into operation on 1 April 1996]

Citation and commencement

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Airports Landing Fees Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1 April 1996.

Interpretation

2 In these Regulations—

"gross weight of aircraft" means the maximum take-off weight authorized by the current certificate of airworthiness issued in respect of an aircraft by the State in which that aircraft is registered; and

"landing fees" means fee payable in respect of an aircraft which lands at the Bermuda Airport.

Landing fees

3 The landing fees payable in respect of an aircraft shall be $3.25 per 1000 pounds gross weight of aircraft.
