THE COLONIAL AIR NAVIGATION ORDERS, 1961 TO 1968
[made by Her Majesty-in-Council under the Civil Aviation Act, 1949, and the Colonial Civil Aviation (Application of Act) Order, 1952 and brought into operation on 12 July 1963]
[This Order, the text of which is omitted, applies to Bermuda by virtue of the provisions of Article 76 thereof and the Fifteenth Schedule thereto, and superseded the (Bermuda) Air Navigation Regulations, 1947. The Gover nor, by virtue of the provisions of Article 77 of the Order, may make regula tions for prescribing anything which, under the provisions of the Order, is to be prescribed. )
