Customs Area (City of Hamilton) Order 1945

BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

CUSTOMS AREA (CITY OF HAMILTON) ORDER 1945

[made under section 96(3)(a) of the Revenue Act 1898 [title 14 item 10] and brought into operation on 24 December 1945]

Designation of customs area

1 The land described in the Schedule is hereby appointed to be a customs area.

SCHEDULE

DESCRIPTION OF LAND IN THE CITY OF HAMILTON APPOINTED TO BE A CUSTOMS AREA.

The area of land adjoining the waters of Hamilton Harbour and delin eated in a plan numbered 1514 D.E. and thereon coloured in part pink and in part blue together with the buildings erected on the said area (save and except the upper storey of the building erected on the part of the said area coloured blue on the said plan), which said plan is de posited at the office of the Collector of Customs in the City of Hamilton and a duplicate of which is deposited at the office of the Corporation of Hamilton in the said City.
