BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT
CUSTOMS AREA (TOWN OF ST GEORGE AND
OIL DOCKS) ORDER 1945
[made under section 96(3)(a) of the Revenue Act 1898 [title 14 item 10] and brought into operation on 15 February 1947]
Designation of customs areas
1 The lands described in Parts I and II of the Schedule are hereby appointed to be customs areas.
SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF LANDS APPOINTED TO BE CUSTOMS AREAS
PART I.
LAND IN THE TOWN OF ST. GEORGE.
The area of land adjoining the waters of St. George's Harbour and delin eated in the plan numbered 1516 I.M.P. and thereon coloured pink to gether with the buildings erected on the said area which said plan is de posited at the office of the Collector of Customs in the City of Hamilton, duplicates of which are deposited in the office of the Collector of Cus toms, St. George's, and the office of the Corporation of St. George's.
PART II.
LAND COMPRISING THE OIL DOCKS IN ST. GEORGE'S PARISH
The area of land situated in the Parish of St. George and occupied by the Esso Standard Oil (Caribbean) S.A., adjoining the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and delineated in a plan numbered 1517 I. M.P./4 and thereon coloured pink together with the buildings erected on the said area which said plan is deposited at the office of the Collector of Customs in the City of Hamilton, duplicates of which are deposited in the office of the Col lector of Customs, St. George's, and the office of the Corporation of St. George's.
