EXEMPTED PARTNERSHIPS (PROHIBITION OF REGISTRATION) ORDER 1993

[made under section 8(5) of the Exempted Partnerships Act 1992, [title 17 item 26] and brought into operation on 8 April 1993]

 

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Exempted Partnerships (Prohibition Of Registration) Order 1993.

Prohibition of registration

2 The registration of an exempted partnership the capital of which is less than U.S. $12,000 or, where the capital is specified in a currency other than United States currency, less than the equivalent in that currency of U.S. $12,000, is hereby prohibited.
