BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCES (PORTS OR ENTRY) RULES 1991

[made under section 27 of the Explosive Substances Act 1974 [title 10 item 18] and brought into operation on 14 June 1991]

Citation

1 These Rules may be cited as the Explosive Substances (Ports of Entry) Rules 1991.

Ports of Entry

2 The Ports of Ireland Island Freeport, Hamilton and St. George's are prescribed as ports of entry for the purposes of section 4 of the Explosive Substances Act 1974 [title 10 item 13] for all explosive substances.

Revocation of S.R.&O. No. 55 of 1975

3 The Explosive Substances (Ports of Entry) Rules 1975 are revoked.
