SCHEDULE

Citation

1 These regulations may be cited as the Hospital Insurance (Statistical Reports) Regula tions 1986.

Annual statistical returns by licensed insurers

2 Each licensed insurer shall, not later than the 30th day of September in each year, fur nish to the Commission in the form set out in Part I of the Schedule a statistical report in respect of insurance business transacted by that insurer in the twelve months ending on the 31st day of the preceding March.

Annual statistical returns by employers

3 Each employer who operates an approved scheme shall, not later than the 30 day of September in each year, furnish to the Commission in the form set out in Part II of the Schedule a statistical report in respect of the operation of the approved scheme in the twelve months end ing on the 31st day of the preceding March.

LICENSED INSURERS

1 Number of persons insured for standard hospital benefits at the end of each quarter.
