1 (1) The form of notices of application, licences and permits for the purposes of the Liquor Licence Act 1974 [title 10 item 6] shall be as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations, or as near thereto as the circumstances admit.
(2) Where a Licence A or Restaurant Licence is limited to the sale of beer and wine only the Licensing Authority shall endorse the licence with the words "Beer and Wine Only".

Issued under the Liquor Licence Act 1974
