NATURE RESERVE (EVANS BAY) ORDER 1981

[made under section 5 of the Protection of Birds Act 1975 [title 25 item 19] and brought into operation on 21 March 1981]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Nature Reserve (Evans Bay) Or der 1981.

Land at Evans Bay, Southampton declared nature reserve

2 The land specified in the Schedule, being land especially suited for the feeding and nesting of protected birds, or otherwise important as a habitat for their preservation, is hereby declared to be a nature reserve.

SCHEDULE (Paragraph 2)

 

All that parcel of land situated at Evans Bay in the Parish of Southamp ton delineated on the plan thereof deposited in the office of the Registrar General, in the Government Administration Building, Parliament Street, Hamilton, and having the boundaries edged in pink thereon.
