NATURE RESERVE (SPITTAL POND) ORDER 1979

[made under section 5 of the Protection of Birds Act 1975 [title 25 item 19] and brought into operation on 11 May 1979]

1 This Order may be cited as the Nature Reserve (Spittal Pond) Or der 1979.

2 The land specified in the Schedule hereto, being land especially suited for the feeding and nesting of protected birds, or otherwise Im portant as a habitat for their preservation, is hereby declared to be a nature reserve.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land including the pond known as Spittal Pond delin eated on the plan thereof deposited in the office of the Registrar General, in the Government Administration Building, Parliament Street, Hamilton, and having the boundaries edged in pink thereon.
