Road Traffic (Approved Instrument) Order 1984

BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

BR 26/1995

ROAD TRAFFIC (APPROVED INSTRUMENT) ORDER 1995

[made under section 35D(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1947 [title 21 item 3] and brought into operation on 1 May 1995]

 

Citation and commencement

1 This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Approved Instrument) Order 1995 and shall come into operation on 1 May 1995.

Instrument approved

2 The Camic Datamaster Breath Analyser being an instrument of a kind that is designed to receive and make an analysis of a sample of the breath of a person in order to measure the proportion of alcohol in the blood of that person is approved as suitable for the purposes of section 35D of the Road Traffic Act 1947 [title 21 item3].

Revocation of B.R. 35/90

3 The Road Traffic (Approved Instrument) Order 1990 is revoked.
