In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Senior Magistrate by section 6 of the Traffic Offences Procedure Act 1974, the following notice is hereby given:—

Citation and Commencement

1 This Notice may be cited as the Traffic Offences Procedure (Specified Penalties) Notice 1991 and shall come into operation on the date of the coming into operation of the Motor Car Amendment Act 1991.

Amount of penalty specified

2 The amount of the penalty for a traffic offence which may be entered by a police officer on a summons issued under Part II of the Act is for each offence described in the first column of the Schedule hereby specified in the third column of the Schedule.
