HOSPITAL INSURANCE (MUTUAL RE-INSURANCE FUND) (PRESCRIBED SUM) ORDER 1993

[made under section 3A(2) of the Hospital Insurance Act 1970 [title 18 item 9] and brought into operation on 1 April 1993]

Citation and commencement

1 This Order may be cited as the Hospital Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 1993 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1993.

Prescribed sum

2 The sum of one dollar per month for each insured person is hereby prescribed as the sum which shall be payable out of the Mutual Re-Insurance Fund and paid into the Hospital Insurance Fund.

Rescission

3 The Hospital Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 1992 is rescinded.
