BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

LAND TAX (EXEMPTION) ORDER 1967

[made under section 3 of the Land Tax Act 1967 [title 14 item 32] and came into operation on 17 October 1967]

His Excellency the Governor hereby declares the undermentioned valua tion units (including the precincts thereof and appurtenances thereto) to be exempt from tax—

(a) the Distillation Plant owned by the Government;

(b) the Million Gallon Tank at Prospect owned by the Gov ernment;

(c) the premises on Queen Street, Hamilton, occupied by the Children's Library;

(d) the Ridgeway Home; and

(e) the Mariners' Club.
