MARINE BOARD (DOLPHIN HABITAT) (PROHIBITED AREA) NOTICE 1997

[made under section 10(1)(aa) of the Marine Board Act 1962 [title 22 item 3] and brought into operation on 31 January 1997]

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Marine Board (Dolphin Habitat) (Prohibited Area) Notice 1997.

Prohibited

2 The movement of ships and boats in the area of water being a portion of East Whale Bay—

(a) on the south shore of Southampton Parish;

(b) lying between Fish Hook Island and Dolphin Cove; and

(c) enclosed by a floating boom and a submerged fence,

is hereby prohibited.
