Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Parking Notice (Amount of Penalty) Order 1988. and shall come into operation on the date of the coming into operation of the Hamilton Traffic and Sidewalks Ordinance 1988.

Amount of penalty

2 The amount of penalty specified in a parking notice is hereby prescribed as $30.
