PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1981 (APPLICATION) ORDER 1985

[made under section 3(1)(l) of the Public Service Superannuation Act 1981 [title 9 item 31] and brought into operation on 16 August 1985]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Public Service Superannuation Act 1981 (Application) Order 1985.

Application of Act to certain other employees

2 The Public Service Superannuation Act 1981 [title 9 item 31] shall apply to employees of —

(a) the Bermuda Housing Authority with effect from the first day of April, 1978;

(b) the Bermuda Monetary Authority with effect from the first day of April, 1978;

(c) the West End Development Corporation with effect from the first day of November, 1982;

(d) the Trustees of the National Sports Centre, with effect from 1 June 1994; and

(e) the National Drug Commission, with effect from 1 February 1994.
