DELEGATION OF POWERS

In exercise of the power conferred by rule 14 of the Arms and ExplosivesRules, the Prime Minister hereby delegates to the Commissioner of Police theexercise of his power (in his capacity as Licensing Officer), to sign licencesissued under the Arms and Explosives Rules which have been approved by theLicensing Officer under those Rules.
