AN ACT TO AMEND
THE HARBOUR DUES ACT
(Date of Assent -1^st July, 2003)
Enacted by the Parliament of The Bahamas.
1. This Act may be cited as the Harbour Dues (Amendment) Act, 2003.		Short title.
2. The Schedule to the Harbour Dues Act is amended by the deletion of paragraph (a) of Part I and the substitution therefor of the following -		Amendment to Schedule of Ch. 273.
"(a) On each and every ton of cargo brought into the Harbour of Nassau from a foreign port and landed on any dock or wharf other than Potters Cay Dock direct from any vessel - four dollars;".
