AN ACT TO AMEND
THE LAW OF PROPERTY AND
CONVEYANCING (CONDOMINIUM) ACT
(Date of Assent - 1^st July, 2003)
Enacted by the Parliament of The Bahamas.
1. This Act may be cited as the Law of Property and Conveyancing (Condominium) (Amendment) Act, 2003.		Short title.
2. Subsection (2) of section 4 of the Law of Property and Conveyancing (Condominium) Act is amended by the deletion of the words "one hundred dollars" and "twenty dollars" and the substitution therefor of the words "five hundred dollars" and "one hundred dollars" respectively.		Amendment of section 4 of Ch. 139.
