BRITISH COLONIAL HOTEL [IV – 87
[Commencement 9th May, 1940]
Hotel (No. 2) Act.
(2) To effect such sale it shall be lawful for the said Board to convey the said land described in the Schedule to this Act to the said Colonial Hotel Company Limited in fee simple upon payment to the said Board of the sum of Seven Hundred and Twenty-five Pounds (£725).
All that piece or parcel of land situate on the North side of Marlborough Street in the City of Nassau in the Island of New Providence bounded on the North partly by the Hotel Nassau and partly by land the property of Glen Stewart and running thereon jointly Sixty-two (62) feet on the East by the property known as “The Brick Store” now belonging to The Sand Beach Company Limited, and running thereon Fifty (50) feet on the South by Marlborough Street and running thereon Sixty-two and One-half (622) feet and on the West by the grounds of the British Colonial Hotel and running thereon Fifty (50) feet.
