The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Business Licence Act makes the following regulations - |

1.
These regulations may be cited
as the Business Licence (Application) (Amendment) Regulations,
2004.
|
Citation. |
|
|
2.
Regulation 4 of the Business
Licence (Application) Regulations is amended by the deletion of the
words "five hundred thousand dollars"
and the substitution therefor
of the words "one million dollars".
|
