Supreme Court (Divisions of Court) Order, 2002

THE SUPREME COURT ACT, 1996

(No. 15 of 1996)

SUPREME COURT

((DIVISIONS OF COURT) ORDER, 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Supreme Court Act, 1996 the Chief Justice makes the following order -

1.(1)
This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court (Divisions of Court) Order, 2002.

Citation and commencement.

(2)
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 2003.
2.
The Divisions of Court specified in the Schedule are hereby established for the hearing of such matters as are mentioned in the Schedule.

Establishment of Divisions of Court.

Schedule.

3.
The Registrar after consultation with the Chief Justice shall designate file numbers and colours for file folders and jackets for each Division of Court.
