THE BOAT REGISTRATION (YACHT) AMENDMENT

RULES, 2003

Enacted by the Parliament of The Bahamas.

This Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Boat Registration Act makes the following Rules -

These Rules may cited as the Boat Registration (Yacht) (Amendment) Rules, 2003.

Citation.

The Second Schedule to the Boat Registration (Yacht) Rules is repealed and replaced by the following -

Repeal and replacement of Second Schedule. Sub. Leg. Vol. IV Ch. 277-13.

"SECOND SCHEDULE

FEES IN RESPECT OF AN APPLICANT

FOR AND ISSUE OF A PERMIT

(a)	Application for an Annual or Temporary permit ...............		$50.00
(b)	Annual Permit for -
	(i)	a boat up to 35 feet ............................................	$625.00
	(ii)	a boat up to 50 feet ............................................	$875.00
	(iii)	a boat 51 to 65 feet ............................................	$1250.00
	(iv)	a boat 66 to 100 feet ..........................................	$1875.00
	(v)	a boat 101 to 150 feet ........................................	$2500.00
	(vi)	a boat 151 feet and up .......................................	$3750.00
(c)	Temporary Permit ..............................................................		$437.00."
