In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1(2) of the Criminal Law Miscellaneous (Amendment) Act, 2006, the 25^th day of August, 2006 is appointed the clay on which the Criminal Law Miscellaneous (Amendment) Act, 2006 shall come into operation.
