THE CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT

(PORTS OF ENTRY) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) NOTICE, 2006

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 6(1) of the Customs Management Act, issues the following Notice -
1.(1)
This Notice may be cited as the Customs Management (Ports of (Amendment) (No. 2) Notice, 2006.

Citation and commencement
(2)
This Notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2006.
2.
The Schedule is amended in Part I by the addition of the following as ports of entry for the reporting, cargo loading and unloading of aircrafts and vessels -

Amendment to schedule.

Black Point
