ENTERPRISES ZONES ACT, 2003

FAMILY ISLANDS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES ZONES

(SECOND SCHEDULE EXTENSION OF TIME) ORDER, 2004

The Governor-General in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Family Islands Economic Enterprises Zones Act makes the following order -
1.(1)
This order may be cited as the Family Islands Economic Enterprises Zones (Second Schedule Extension of Time) Order, 2004.

Citation and commencement.
(2)
This order shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2004.
2.
The exemption specified in paragraph 3 (1) shall continue for a period of one year commencing on the 1st day of July, 2004 and ending on the 30th day of June, 2005.

Extension of time.

Made this 24th day of June, 2004.
