IMMIGRATION FEES

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2002

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Immigration Act, makes the following regulations -
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002.

Citation.
2.
The Schedule to the Immigration (Fees) Regulations is amended by the insertion immediately following paragraph 5A of the following new paragraph -

Amendment to Schedule of Sub. Leg. Vol. 11, pg. 1274.
Ch. 178.

" 5B. For a Permanent Residence certificate for a person to whom section 7 of The Bahamas Nationality Act applies (not including a person referred to in the Proviso to that section)

$50.00"
