THE IMMIGRATION (GENERAL)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2003

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Immigration Act, makes the following regulations -

1.(1)
These Regulations, which amend the Immigration (General) Regulations, may be cited as the Immigration (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003.

Citation and commencement.

(2)
These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 2003.
2.
The First Schedule to the Immigration (General) Regulations is amended by the deletion of Form XII and the substitution therefor of the following form -

Amendment of First Schedule of Sub. Leg. Vol. II, Ch. 191-3.

Notwithstanding regulation 2, the present arrival/departure card used for the purpose of regulation 14 shall continue in force up to and including the 31st December, 2003.
