In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1(2) of the Justice Protection Act, 2006, notice is hereby given that the 27^th day of September, 2006 is appointed the day on which the Act shall come into force other than the provisions of Parts III, IV, V, VI and VII of the Act.
