WHEREAS by subsection (3) of section 18 of the Lotteries and Gaming Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Minister may, by order, authorize any person to conduct a competition on such terms as he thinks fit ;

AND WHEREAS CHEKARD LIMITED has applied to the Minister to conduct a competition called "Chekard Christmas Bonanza" during the period 27^th November, 2006 to 29^th December, 2006 in accordance with the official rules of that competition ;

AND WHEREAS the Minister wishes to authorize CHEKARD LIMITED to conduct the aforesaid competition :

NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section 18 of the Act, the Minister makes the following Order -
