(PARKING) (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2006 |

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Civil Aviation Act makes the following regulations - |

1.
These Rules which amend the
Nassau International Airport Parking Rules may be cited as the
Nassau International Airport (Parking)
(Amendment) Rules,
2006.

|
|
2.
Rule 1 of the principal rules
is amended by the deletion of the words "Nassau International
Airport" and the substitution of the words
"Lynden Pindling
International Airport."

Amendment of rule 1 of the principal rules. |
|
|
3.
Rule 2 of the principal rules
is amended in the definition of the term "the Airport" by the
deletion of the words "the Nassau International
Airport" and the
substitution of the words "the Lynden Pindling International
Airport".
