(CHAPTER 43)
S.I. No. 49 of 2006
THE PENSIONS (APPROVED AUTHORITY) (THE NATIONAL
ART GALLERY OF THE BAHAMAS) ORDER, 2006
The Governor-General, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(d) of The Pensions Act, makes the following Order -
1. This Order may be cited as The Pensions (Approved Authority) (The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas) Order, 2006.		Citation.
2. The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas established under section 3 of the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas Act, 2003 is hereby designated an Approved Authority within the meaning of section 2 of the Pensions Act.		Approved Authority. No. 21 of 2003. Ch. 43.
