(PRESCRIPTION OF LICENSED PILOTS) ORDER, 2002 |

The Governor-General in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Port Authorities Act, makes the following Order - |
||
|
1.
This Order may be cited as the
Port Authorities (Prescription of Licensed Pilots) Order,
2002.
|
Citation. |
|
|
2.(1)
Eight licensed pilots are
hereby prescribed for the Port of Nassau.
|
Appointment of licensed pilots. |
|
|
(2)
Two licensed pilots are hereby
prescribed for the port areas in the Family Islands.
|
