TOWN PLANNING ZONING (No. 2) ORDER, 1963

(SECTION 5)

[Commencement 22nd June, 1963]

1. This Order may be cited as the Town Planning

Zoning (No. 2) Order, 1963.

2. It is hereby ordered as follows —

(a) building for residential purposes only will be permitted upon those areas of land marked “A” and “B” as shown on the plan in the First Schedule to this Order and upon that area of land marked “C’’ as shown on the plan in the Second Schedule to this Order;
(b) building for the purposes of animal husbandry and poultry farms only will be permitted upon that area of land marked “D’’ as shown on the plan in the Second Schedule to this Order.
