ACT NO. 65 OF 2002

An Act to repeal the Countess of Dufferin's Fund Act, 1957. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Countess of Dufferin's Fund (Repeal) Act, 2002.
Repeal of Act 63 of 1957. 2. Repeal of Act 63 of 1957.-The Countess of Dufferin's Fund Act, 1957 is hereby repealed. ---- SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
