THE INFLUX FROM PAKISTAN (CONTROL) REPEALING (REPEAL) ACT, 2001

ACT NO. 33 OF 2001

[3rd September, 2001.]

An Act to repeal the Influx from Pakistan (Control) Repealing Act,

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Influx from Pakistan (Control) Repealing (Repeal) Act, 2001.

Repeal of Act 76 of 1952. 2. Repeal of Act 76 of 1952.-The Influx from Pakistan (Control) Repealing Act, 1952 is hereby repealed. SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
