THE JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION LAWS (REPEAL) ACT, 2001

ACT NO. 22 OF 2001

[29th August, 2001.]

An Act to repeal the Civil Courts Amins Act, 1856 and certain other enactments. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Judicial Administration Laws (Repeal) Act, 2001.

Repeal. 2. Repeal.-The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
