ACT NO. 70 OF 2002

An Act to repeal the Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Act, 1973. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Repeal Act, 2002.
Repeal of Act 13 of 1973. 2. Repeal of Act 13 of 1973.-The Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Act, 1973 is hereby repealed. ---- SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
