THE SUGARCANE CESS (VALIDATION) REPEAL ACT, 2001

ACT NO. 35 OF 2001

[3rd September, 2001.]

An Act to repeal the Sugarcane Cess (Validation) Act, 1961. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Sugarcane Cess (Validation) Repeal Act, 2001.

Repeal of Act 38 of 1961. 2. Repeal of Act 38 of 1961.-The Sugarcane Cess (Validation) Act, 1961 is hereby repealed. SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
