AUROVILLE (EMERGENCY PROVISIONS) REPEAL ACT 2001

THE AUROVILLE (EMERGENCY PROVISIONS) REPEAL ACT, 2001

ACT NO. 37 OF 2001

[4th September, 2001]

An Act to repeal the Auroville (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1980. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Auroville (Emergency Provisions) Repeal Act, 2001.

Repeal of Act 59 of 1980. 2. Repeal of Act 59 of 1980.-The Auroville (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1980 is hereby repealed. SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
