An Act to repeal the Petroleum (Berar Extension) Act, 1937. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Petroleum (Berar Extension) Repeal Act, 2002.
Repeal of Act 23 of 1937. 2. Repeal of Act 23 of 1937.-The Petroleum (Berar Extension) Act, 1937, is hereby repealed. SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
