X An Act to repeal the Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Repeal Act, 1997.
Repeal of Act 21 of 1958. 2. Repeal of Act 21 of 1958.-The Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958 is hereby repealed.
