SREE CHITRA TIRUNAL INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY, TRIVANDRUM (AMENDMENT) ACT 2005

[5th September, 2005.]

1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum (Amendment) Act, 2005.

2. Amendment of section 6.-In section 6 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum Act, 1980 (52 of 1980), in sub-section (2), the following words shall be added at the end, namely:- "or he becomes Speaker or Deputy Speaker of the House of the People, or Deputy Chairman of the Council of States, or a Minister.". ---- T.
