THE TEA DISTRICTS EMIGRANT LABOUR (REPEAL) REPEALING ACT, 2002

ACT NO. 27 OF 2002

[27th May, 2002.]

An Act to repeal the Tea Districts Emigrant Labour (Repeal) Act, 1970. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Tea Districts Emigrant Labour (Repeal) Repealing Act, 2002.

Repeal of Act 50 of 1970. 2. Repeal of Act 50 of 1970.-The Tea Districts Emigrant Labour (Repeal) Act, 1970 is hereby repealed. ---- SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secy. to the Govt. of India.
