VACCINATION (REPEAL) ACT 2001

THE VACCINATION (REPEAL) ACT, 2001

ACT NO. 16 OF 2001

[3rd August, 2001.]

An Act to repeal the Vaccination Act, 1880. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title. 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Vaccination (Repeal) Act,

Repeal of Act 13 of 1880. 2. Repeal of Act 13 of 1880.-The Vaccination Act, 1880 is hereby repealed. SUBHASH C. JAIN, Secretary to the Govt. of India.
